How long have you been in business?
Gould-Sherwood Consulting, LLC was founded in 2005 by Beth Gould. We have been operating for over 20 years.
What kind of clients do you have?
We work with all sorts of small firms, like design professionals, architects, security groups, lawyers, education, engineering, and web designers.
If I receive an issue over the weekend, will there be someone who can assist me?
Yes, of course. However, we try to keep it Monday-Friday.
Do you just work with Windows?
No, we are also well-versed with Macs.

If I am out of town, can you fix my computer problem remotely?
Yes, we can fix your computer and resolve networking, printing, and other problems over the internet.

Do you support home computer systems?
Yes! We specialize in small to medium sized companies – typically designers, but will be happy to work with any small business or home computer user.

We can help you choose from various Internet providers based on your needs, costs, and usage.
My computer is a mess, can you help?
Certainly! We can rebuild any PC, from scratch. We can assist in backing up your data, and rebuilding it with the same or a newer operating system, usually within a few hours.
