The Gould Sherwood Difference

Established in 2005, we specialize in assisting small businesses and home clients in planning, maintaining and troubleshooting any and all computer and network problems. Mac and PC, servers, laptops and desktops. We provide a practical alternative for the office that does not have full-time in-house support staff or just need expertise in any one area. House calls or remote support available.
We are only a phone call away. Most problems can be solved remotely, without even coming on site, but we offer full service, coming to your site whenever it is needed. GSC has experience with both Mac and PC environments, servers, and most operating systems as well as extensive knowledge of printer, plotters, scanners, etc. Any software bugs, hiccups, errors, etc. we aim to resolve quickly. Whether it is server-based, one local desktop or an intermittent problem, we can be your first call.
GSC offers hands-on consulting and provides training on various software. We assist with equipment purchase, installation, and long-term IT planning, including budgeting and standardization. Services also include proactive maintenance, IT assessments, and documentation. GSC offers network support, secure backups, firewall setup, and VPN access. Preventive maintenance keeps systems running smoothly. Our web design team handles new sites, redesigns, security, updates, and analytics across platforms like WordPress, HTML, and Squarespace.
